"Support team actually helped me out"
I had some setup issues and, i was expecting it to take forever, but the tech support team knew what they were doing. They got it fixed quickly, and I could tell they understood the problem right away. Anyway, everything’s working now, so I’m happy with it.

"Pricing could be a bit more upfront"
I’ve ordered a couple of things from digilent.com, the products themselves were totally fine. From my experience, the main thing that stood out was that the pricing didn’t feel as clear as I would’ve liked before getting to checkout.
Some of the extra costs, like shipping and taxes, seemed to show up later than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but for me it made it harder to quickly compare prices. I’d definitely prefer seeing the full cost earlier in the process

Not gonna lie, I expected this to be a lot more accurate. The readings were off more than I was comfortable with, so it wasn’t really useful for what I needed

The docs were really easy to follow. I trusted my instinct that this would be straightforward, and it was, I got everything set up quickly without any confusion.

"Board was kind of a letdown"
I picked up this board from Digilent and yeah, it technically worked, but it just didn’t really perform the way I thought it would. Even during basic tests it would start slowing down, and a few times I had to reset it for reasons I still don’t really... know. Setup wasn’t terrible or anything, but actually using it got frustrating quickly. For what it costs, I expected it to be a lot more stable.

"Fair warning: lots of electronics gear to browse"
I was just trying to find a couple of FPGA and testing boards, but digilent.com had way more options than I expected. Fair warning, if you’re into electronics projects, you might end up spending a lot more time browsing than planned. The site made it easy to compare what I needed, and they had the accessories too, so I didn’t have to go hunting around on other sites. Definitely a solid place to check out if you’re learning, building, or testing electronics stuff.

"I placed an order on digilent.com thinking it..."
I placed an order on digilent.com thinking it would move along quickly, but it ended up taking a little longer than I expected. For a while, I kept checking the tracking and it didn’t really update, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Eventually, though, the package did show up, and everything inside was in good shape. The packaging was decent and nothing was damaged, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not especially fast or memorable. Average, but it got the job done.

"Shipping was honestly kind of ridiculous"
I ordered from digilent.com and wow, the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting there wondering if the package had disappeared into the void or what. When it finally showed up, the product itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the waiting around and lack of updates was annoying. Like, just tell me where the thing is.

"Setup was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The boards themselves are fine, but getting the whole toolchain set up was a headache. Between the drivers, Vivado-related stuff, and documentation being all over the place, it took way longer than I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker yet, but if this keeps being this much of a hassle, I’d probably start looking at other options

"Add-ons worked, but I wouldn’t count on support"
I picked up a few accessories for my board and, for the most part, they fit just fine and did what they were supposed to do. One of the cables was a little confusing to figure out, but I eventually got it working. i didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I don’t really trust them to be much help with stuff like this. Overall, the accessories were decent and got the job done.

I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or if I should’ve known better, but it stopped working after about two weeks. I didn’t think I was being rough with it or anything, so I’m disappointed. It really doesn’t seem very durable to me.

"Helpful for learning, though a little scattered"
I found the tutorials useful overall. They helped me understand the basics without making things too complicated. A few pages did feel a bit outdated or hard to follow, but for simple learning help, it still did the job

I’ve had my Digilent hardware running for a few months now, and it’s been fine as far as I can tell. No strange issues, no failures, it just kind of does what it’s supposed to do.

I had to do a warranty return, the whole process was kind of a hassle. I expected it to be straightforward since it was a warranty issue, but it felt like there were more steps than necessary and not much clear guidance along the way. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it ended up taking more effort than I thought it should, and by the end I was annoyed. The product itself may be fine, but the return experience definitely left a bad impression.

I ordered a small board from digilent.com, and the packaging was actually disappointing when it showed up.
The shipping box was way bigger than it needed to be, with barely any padding inside, so the item was just sliding around during transit. By the time it arrived, the outside box was crushed and one corner of the product box was bent.
The board might still work fine, but for the price, I expected them to pack it better. I’m actually not too happy with the whole experience

"Really happy with it for the price"
I bought a board from digilent for a university project, i’m really glad I did. It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but it felt worth the money because it works well and feels solid in your hands. Shipping went smoothly too, which was a relief. Overall, I had a great experience and I’d definitely buy from them again

"Pretty easy to use, I think"

"Needed parts were out of stock again"
I’ve tried ordering from digilent a few times, but the parts I actually need keep showing up as out of stock. It’s frustrating because I checked back more than once and still couldn’t get a clear idea of when they’d be available again. The website itself is fine, but the stock issues make planning difficult, and it feels like an avoidable hassle. I ended up having to look elsewhere.
